We are actively seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our growing head office team in Marpole, Vancouver. 

Reporting to the Vice President, this position is responsible for B2B sales development through booking sales appointments for our outside sales team. This opportunity will be perfect for an outgoing, customer-service driven professional that has exceptional relationship building and communication skills. The successful candidate will:

·         Engage in warm-and-cold-calling to generate quality leads

·         Deliver great customer service and engagement over the phone

·         Create and refine a personalized sales script that lands appointments

·         Retain product knowledge to re-target script as needed

·         Maintain customer database and update call lists

Candidate Qualifications

·         At least 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or sales

·         Excellent sales/communication skills and phone etiquettes

·         Strong organizational and time management experience

·         Results-driven and self-motivated
